I offer a complete interior design and decorating service that is personalised to the individual and their architectural space; creating environments for clients that are reflective of their lives and how they would like to live.
With all my projects, once the space has been planned and agreed, I base it on my love of light, art, textiles, furniture and classical architecture to create carefully considered designs. These are executed to the highest quality using a trusted network of skilled craftsmen, designers and suppliers. This ensures that every project from the smallest to the largest is managed and implemented to the highest standard. The end result is an inspiring space that combines colour, pattern and contemporary fabrics.

Interior Design
I offer a complete Interior Design service, working alongside architects, builders, joiners and trade specialists, to deliver your project from concept to completion.
Furnishings
I can create furniture layouts and lighting ideas and visuals. I am able to source all aspects of the decorative side of a project, including carpets, curtains, furniture, artwork and antiques.
How I work, fee and consultation structure
I place great importance on understanding and interpreting how a client would like to use their space, this is the starting point for each design. Hence my requirement for an on-site consultation. We welcome enquiries for your project, simply phone or email to make an appointment.
STEP—01
Identify The Key Requirements
I always start with an on site consultation. Once I understand your project requirements I can determine a price. Our costings are transparent for you to see below.
Costings:
€300 per morning consultation including travel.
€600 per day consultation including travel.
STEP—02
Pricing Your Project
We will work with you discussing what you want to achieve in your design. Once the consultation is complete, I go away and work on a price for your entire project.
STEP—03
Create Concept Designs
After visiting you, we create a bespoke mood board based on your needs. A consultation will give a client inspiration and motivation for revitalising their space. It does not even necessarily require investing in new furnishings, using existing furniture, lighting and fittings in a new interior layout or colour scheme may be all that is required with new up to date accessories. KLT Interior Design might be just what you need.
STEP—04
Implementation Phase
At KLT our aim is to provide the best service we possibly can, we take into account all troubleshooting, we work within specified and agreed budgets, we have excellent industry contacts and by planning ahead we prevent costly errors. We re-use existing furniture, accessories and art etc into the new interior design schemes. We will email and discuss a bespoke scheme and costings, designed specifically for you by Kate. If you are happy with the price I require an upfront deposit of 50% before proceeding with my designs.
